Ranger Tugs' goal has been to provide owners with big boat features in a small package and the 29T meets that expectation.  Designed for a single couple with occasional guests or a small family, DOUBLE EAGLE is ideally outfitted for cruising in the Pacific Northwest.

Boarding the transom swim platform, one first notices the tender with outboard neatly stowed on snap-davits and the LifeSling man overboard safety equipment.  Moving forward into the cockpit outfitted with synthetic teak sole, full bimini top with removable Sunbrella cockpit enclosure, one can envision the cockpit as a floating sunroom when the seasons change and the temperature begins to drop  The cockpit also features a hot & cold shower, sink and propane barbeque so it can be an alfresco entertaining area as well.

Stepping through the glass door into the salon, a hanging locker and entry to the quarter berth will be immediately to port.  The berth is great for children of all ages and offers a measure of privacy when a second couple is aboard.  Immediately forward, a dinette with seating for 4+ is to port and features a folding tabletop with drink holders and a security rail.  The forward bench of the dinette is double-hinged so it can be converted into a forward-facing bench seat for the navigator or guests while underway.  Opposite the dinette on the starboard side is the helm with full navigational electronics, engine information display, and operating controls for the vessel.  A companionway leading to the port helm door separates the helm seat from the instrument panel.  Outboard of the helm seat is a sliding console that houses the throttle and transmission controls and the bow and stern thruster joysticks.  Aft and below the helm seat is the galley with refrigerator, double-bowl stainless steel sink, propane cooktop with oven, all housed in teak-faced cabinetry with generous storage.  Opposite the galley and located under the dinette seating is a wine cooler and a microwave oven.  Finally, a fold-down 19" flatscreen television is situated in the overhead for easy viewing by all.

Moving forward and down a step brings us to the master stateroom featuring a skewed-centerline double berth with generous storage in the base.  'Cubbies' are located around the stateroom and a hanging locker is forward in the compartment.  A 22' flatscreen TV with AM/FM/CD/DVD player is located adjacent to the locker for the owner's private viewing.  Light fills the master stateroom form the portlights on either side and the large overhead screened hatch.  On the port side of the master is the head which features a stainless wash basin, an electric freshwater-flush toilet and a handheld shower with removable splash guard.
