The efficiency of the floor plan and mechanicals of a Willard 30 are unparalleled!

This is a mark IV Willard Thirty hull number 14 of 28 and she has received consistent upgrades and care throughout the years.

In 1976 Willard Marine began production of the "new" Willard 30, often called the Mark IV or 30/4. This new model benefitted from a all fiberglass superstructure, unlike the earlier Vega 30. This model was produced in three different configurations and the last 30 was produced in 1988. The W30FS is a flybridge sedan version. This was a derivative of the Vega 30 Nomad design and 28 W30FS boats were built.

Manufacturer Provided Description

The Willard 30 Trawler has a true full displacement, ballasted hull providing maximum stability and seakindliness. The economy of operation and range are outstanding with the Willard 30 burning only 1.5 gallons of diesel fuel per hour at a cruising speed of 7 knots. The hull is superior in following seas, thanks to its long, full keel and double ended design. The 30 was offered in both flybridge - salon and pilot house models. These boats were built-to-order, so the builder had the flexibility to modify the interior arrangement to suit the customer's requirements. Willard Marine has been building trawler yachts since the early 1960s, starting with the classic Vega 36 series designed by William Garden, N.A.
