Cabo is Back
Hatteras/CABO officially announced the return of the CABO brand today, with the official announcement of the upcoming Cabo 41. According to the announcement from Hatteras, the official CABO relaunch will take place at the Miami International Boat Show, Feb. 14–18, 2019, with the unveiling of the new CABO 41, a boat designed with the primary intent of fishing - easy to maintain and clean, and the perfect fishing platform.
“Even though CABO boats have not been produced for a few years, consumer research shows that CABO ranks as one of the top brands for quality and reliability,” said Hatteras/CABO Yachts President and CEO Kelly Grindle. “We intend to build on this well-deserved reputation as we fill a growing demand in the marketplace for inboard offshore, express-style fishing boats – a niche that CABO once owned.
The new CABO 41 will be equipped with twin 626hp Volvo D11 diesel engines (standard), with two Cummins upgrade options available as well. It features a clean, spacious cockpit with mezzanine seating and an open helm deck. Its interior encompasses a c private queen berth stateroom, spacious head, full galley and salon with wraparound settee/dining area that converts to a second berth. Storage is maximized throughout the boat to ensure ample stowage space for the serious fisherman.
